A Referral Associate is a person who holds a New Jersey Real Estate License and who does not want to actively list or sell real estate but wants to still be involved by referring potential buyers and sellers.

What Is The Cost? Most referral companies charge anywhere from $100 to $175 and more per year! Our fee is a low $50.00! You will also have to keep your NJ Real Estate License current by paying the appropriate fee the same as you would with other referral companies.
