Debra lives in Manchester Township (Pine Lake Park). She is married for 21 years to Scott Neuman.  Debra has two wonderful adopted children. Matthew 12 and Alexa 11.  Her children take karate at Kum Sung Karate and are both Black Belts.

Debra’s work background is working for a major wall street law firm,  Fried, Frank, Harris, Schiver and Jacobson. I worked there for over 20 years.

Debra became an insurance adjuster in Neptune and she loved helping people with their problems. While most people couldn't wait to get off the phone, Debra just wanted to help. 

When Debra adopted her children, she worked from home in her and her husband Scott’s home business, Recordweb Communications. Their business appraises music collections for charitable donations and estates.

Debra is also a board member of the Manchester Township PTA.
